Romans 11:33 "Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out!"
On a vacation a few years back my husband and I stopped at the Grand Canyon to take in the breathtaking view! We were in awe of the vast chasm that seemed to go on and on and on, we were literally blown away by it's beauty! As we started to leave the gorgeous landscape, there, only two feet from us stood a big grazing elk. What a beautiful memorizing sight! It is times like these that flood my mind with thoughts of God's majesty. Not only was the canyon a site to see but He closed out our adventure by allowing us an opportunity to stand beside this huge animal to enjoy His idiosyncrasies. WOW pretty much summed up the in-explainable magnificent, regal sight that we had just taken in and the elk was an added bonus!
I liken our experience to the scripture Paul penned in Romans 11:33. He begins by saying "Oh"! Paul was spellbound. He loved the Lord with all of his heart and he was celebrating all of who God was to Him at that very moment. He goes on to tell the Christians in Rome that God's wisdom and knowledge are limitless and that there is no way of finding out His exact plans.
We serve a God who is so great that we can not even begin to fathom the extent of His power and majesty! All things are from Him, are sustained by Him and for His glory. His ways are untraceable and the extent of His plans are unimaginable. There is absolutely no way that we will ever get to the end of His goodness or understand the breadth of His mercy. Man will never be able to scratch the surface of the flawless wisdom & infinite knowledge He possesses.
As little children are secure and feel confident that their fathers know everything, so then should we trust and have confidence in our Heavenly Father who knows all, is all, and rules all from the depths of the sea to the highest of heavens. Praise be to the our mighty God who encompasses all that we are and will ever need to live this Kingdom life for His purposes!

Your name encompasses all of who You are, WONDERFUL, COUNSELOR, ALMIGHTY FATHER, PRINCE OF PEACE, THE GIVER OF LIFE, THE CREATOR, THE BEGINNING AND THE END and these names are just few! We can't even begin to describe in completeness the extent of Your majesty or Your power! You alone hold the whole world in Your hands and are in complete control of the universe and all that is in it! You are uniquely perfect, all knowing, and wise. We praise You for all of who You are, for what You've done in us and for Your incredible plans for Your Kingdom which will have no end. Thank You for loving us, mere specks in this vast creation of Yours. All glory and honor are due you now and forever more!
